At SMR we believe that any client or project should be managed under our four step comprehensive programme, which includes:

Review – this stage comprises of market research and allows SMR to understand how a company as well as any new developments eg new services or property projects are perceived by the wider community.  This initial review stage then permits for SMR to address concerns or issues, as we create a plan of action for our clients.

Plan – clients often come to us because they need a plan of attack, whether for growing their business, addressing internal staff issues or seeking to create new developments in new areas.  SMR can create a marketing strategy, business plan or community consultation campaign that delivers upon the clients objectives.  These plans are strategic and take into account the environment in which the business is operating.

Implement – once the plan has been created then SMR assists with implementation via a project management role.  We will oversee all components including development of advertising material, media liaison as well as staff/community engagement.  With our can-do-attitude we ensure that the campaign is delivered on time and budget.

Forecast – finally, as we implement the campaign we continually monitor the economy, competitors and other factors to ensure that our clients can successfully manoeuvre through any elements as they arise.  We also media monitor for our clients and this ensures a level of responsiveness to market trends, which could impact on success rates.
